NCCAA Mideast Region Announces Men’s Baseball All-Region Squads
GREENVILLE, SC- The NCCAA DI Mideast Region has just announced its Men's Baseball All-Region Team for the 2024-25 season.
The voting was conducted by the coaches of each member school in the region.
The Coach of the Year is also announced. This is presented to the coach of the regional championship squad. This year's winner is Buford Sanders of Campbellsville University.
The Player of the Year is also announced. This is presented to the player who received the highest vote total in the region. This year's winner was Kendric Sorgius of Oakland City University.
The Alice Lloyd Eagles were well-represented as Cory Jefferson, Cole Bishop, Cain Flynn, and Diego Rodriguez made the 1st Team squad, while Dawson Beckett and Matthew Hebar were 2nd Team selections.
Kyle Johnson, Jayden Huff, Gage Hensley, and Colton Lovelace all were named Honorable Mention, and Diego Rodriguez and Kyle Johnson were both named to the Golden Glove squad.
