Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles golf participates in River States Fall Preview
Daniels, WV: The Alice Lloyd College Women's golf team traveled to Glade Springs Resort in Daniels, West Virginia on September 23rd-24th to participate in the River States Conference Fall Preview. Eight women's squads with 48 participants, battled for two days over a rain-shortened 27 holes.
In the women's competition, Midway University took home the top prize, while Saint Mary of the Woods (IN) would take second. ALC would finish in 8th place.
Individually, the Lady Eagles were led by Haleigh Jefferson at +50 and Hailey Dye at +53. Also representing the squad were Mackenzie Methax and Kaitlyn Diddle. Each of the ladies gave a good effort, until the meet was called due to inclement weather.
