2025 Mideast Region Baseball Tournament action to begin on May 8th

Greenville, SC: The 2025 NCCAA Mideast Regional Baseball Championship begins on May 8th. This year's event will be hosted by Alice Lloyd College, and all games will take place in Pippa Passes, Kentucky. The field will feature Alice Lloyd (KY), and Ohio Christian University (OH). Campbellsville University (KY) will also join play if they do not receive an at-large bid to the NAIA National Tournament. However, this will not be revealed until Wednesday.

The festivities will get underway on Thursday, May 8th, at 12:00pm. The opening game will feature the Alice Lloyd College Eagles against the Ohio Christian University Trailblazers. The winner of that contest will face Campbellsville at 3:00pm if the Tigers are in the tournament. If not, the Eagles and Trailblazers will play their second match.

This year's Mideast Region event is a double-elimination tournament, and play will continue until a champion is crowned. The schedule is as follows:

NCCAA Mid-East Region Baseball Tournament - Day 1 (Thursday)

Game 1:

  1. #2 Alice Lloyd vs. #3 Ohio Christian
  2. Time: 12:00pm
  3. Loser moves to elimination bracket, winner plays #1 seed

Game 2:

  1. #1 Campbellsville vs. Winner of Game 1
  2. Time: 2:30pm
  3. Winner moves to Championship, loser plays elimination game

Game 3 (Elimination Game):

  1. Loser of Game 1 vs. Loser of Game 2
  2. Time: 5:00pm
  3. Loser is eliminated; winner goes to championship

NCCAA Mid-East Region Baseball Tournament - Day 2 (Friday)

Game 4 (Championship Game):

  1. Winner of Game 2 vs. Winner of Game 3
  2. Time: 12:00pm
  3. If Winner of Game 2 wins, they are the champion. If they lose, one more game is played.

Game 5 (If Necessary):

  1. Rematch of Game 4
  2. Time: 2:30pm
  3. Only played if both teams now have one loss.


The team that emerges as the champion of the 2025 Mideast Region will then advance to the NCCAA Baseball World Series. This will take place on May 17th-21st, and be hosted by Kansas Christian College at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy in Kansas City, MO.
