Greenville, SC – The 2025 NCCAA Baseball All-Americans have been announced after the conclusion of the NCCAA Baseball World Series in Kansas City, Missouri. Thirty-six players were chosen for this prestigious honor. The first 12 are named to the First Team list, the next 12 are second Team selections, and the final 12 are awarded Third Team honors. Jake Kuhlman of Concordia University Ann Arbor has been named the 2025 National Player of the Year.
Kuhlman helped lead Concordia to a 45-13 record and an NCCAA Baseball World Series appearance in the 2025 season. The senior infielder led Concordia with a .390 batting average and was top 10 in the NCCAA in runs scored, hits, and stolen bases. Kuhlman tallied 54 stolen bases on the year, one of two NCCAA players to record over 50. Kuhlman added eight home runs this season and 55 RBI to help the Cardinals to a successful season.
For Alice Lloyd College (KY), shortstop Diego Rodriguez was named Third Team All-American. The freshman from Panama had an exceptional year in helping Alice Lloyd tie the school record for wins in a season, with 27.
At the plate, Rodriguez had an outstanding .425 batting average (7th nationally) .582 slugging percentage, and .545 on-base percentage (7th nationally), while recording 65 hits, 8 doubles, 5 triples (5th nationally), and 2 home runs. He also stole 17 bases and was hit by pitches 18 times (3rd Nationally). Additionally, from his shortstop position, he had a .945 fielding percentage and was 8th nationally in assisted outs, at 121.
