Pippa Passes, KY: The Alice Lloyd College Eagles baseball team returned home to face the Milligan College Buffaloes on April 11th in a single game match. When the contest had ended, the visitors had managed the 16-1 win. ALC's record now stands at 12-24, while the Buffs sit at 25-14.

The visitors scored in every inning but one to take the victory.
MC scored twice in the first, powered by a homerun (2-0). They then added a run in the second as the result of a double (3-0).
An Eagle error in the fourth brought in another man (4-0) but the Buffaloes produced a big four-spot in the fifth on the strength of another homer, and a triple (8-0).
The sixth gave them two more scores, an error by the hosts proved costly (10-0).
The Caney Creek club scored their lone run in the bottom of thatinning when Noah Dingess (1B) brought in a teammate with a grounder. Unfortunately, that was all his club could get.
The guests then added the icing on the cake in the final inning when they combined a flurry of singles with two fielders'choices to deliver a big payoff of six runs (16-0).
The Pippa Passes club registered 6 hits on the day with Isaiah Beckett (2B) gaining two of those. Dingess had a double and the lone RBI.
On the mound, Trenton Williams went 4.1 innings, allowing 9hits, 8 runs (7 earned), with 6 strikeouts. In relief, Caleb Justiceallowed 2 hits and 2 runs while Kizer Turner allowed 5 hits and 6 runs. Brady Carrico closed out the final inning.
The victors pounded 16 hits to ALC's 6, and the home squad committed 2 errors on the day.
