Alice Lloyd Eagles Golf team journeys to Ohio Christian University
Circleville, OH: On September 16th-17th, the Alice Lloyd College golf teams traveled to Pickaway Golf Course to participate in the 2024 Ohio Christian Fall Invite. Eleven men's squads with 53 participants and five women's squads with 28 participants battled over two days.
In the men's event, ALC would find themselves in 10th place, producing a two-day total of 652 (+76).
Individually overall, the Eagles were led by Jason Price, who earned an impressive 5th place finish, with a two-day total of 143 (-1). Price led the field after the first day, as he fired a school-record 66 to lead all players.
He was followed by Dillon Fields who shot a 75 on day two, enroute to a 157 (+13). This placed him in a tie for 28th. Also representing the squad were Ryan Cozart at 166 (+22) and Matt Morris at 186 (+42).
For the Lady Eagles, two players took to the links, as Mackenzie Methax and Carlee Muncy gave a commendable performance as well.
