ALC Cross Country Participates in Mike and Mary Kay Johnson Classic

Berea, KY: The Alice Lloyd Eagles women and men's cross-country teams traveled to the Berea on Saturday, October 14th to participate in the Mike and Mary Kay Johnson Classic.

The weather conditions were favorable as 43 women from 9 different colleges and 62 men from 10 different institutions toed the starting line on a course that went through a stretch of woods and across a creek.

On the day, the Lady Eagles had one runner tackle the 5K trail, and she performed very well. Kaitlynn Ratliff crossed the finish line in a time of 23:15, which earned her a solid 14th place finish.

On the men's side of the equation, Noah Harris would complete the 8K race in a time of 35:34 to finish in 47th position. His teammate Landon McClure crossed the finish line in a time of 42:03. This earned him 57th place
