Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles Soccer Heads North to Ohio Christian

Circleville, OH: On Monday, September 16th, the Alice Lloyd College Lady Eagles made the trek to the Buckeye State to face the homestanding Ohio Christian Trailblazers (2-1) in soccer action. In a tough matchup, the hosts would take the 12-0 victory.

The Trailblazers exploded out of the gate, producing four scores in in just 6:24 to vault out to a 4-0 lead. OCU would hold a big 9-0 advantage at the game's midpoint.

In the second half, the Lady Eagles put up a battle, but the opening deficit would prove just too deep to overcome as the home club would extend their cushion to 12-0 by the final horn.

On the day, the hosts held a 28-0 advantage in shots attempted and 3-0 in corner kicks. No fouls were committed by either club.

Pippa Passes goalie Mackenzie Cowell was able to deflect 6 Trailblazer attempts.
