Alice Lloyd Volleyball journeys to Midway University 

Midway, KY: The Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles volleyball team ventured to central Kentucky on October 29th to face the Midway University Eagles (11-13; 6-5 RSC) in River States Conference action. The hosts Eagles would take the match, 3-0.

MU-3; ALC: 0

In the opener, MU came ready to play and lept out to a 15-2 lead. They would cruise on to the 25-8 victory.

In Game 2, ALC fought hard, only trailing 15-12. Unfortunately, Midway would close with a 10-3 burst to take the set, 25-15.

Game 3, saw the central Kentucky club pull out to a 15-10 lead. Once more, they would close on a 10-6 run to take the game, 25-15, and seal the match.

On the day for ALC (6-23; 0-12 RSC), Kyleah Ward led the club with 4 kills, while Rose Scotello paved the way in assists, with 5.

Taylor Cox delivered the lone service ace while Camryn Thompson's 7 digs was the high for the club.
