Bio

Juan Lander is entering his 5th season (2025–26) as the head coach of the Alice Lloyd College women's soccer program. He also leads the men's soccer team and serves as an assistant coach for the ALC baseball program, showcasing his commitment to the student-athlete experience across multiple sports.

Since taking over the soccer programs, Lander has guided the squad to steady progress, producing numerous NCCAA All-Region selections and 2 All-American honorees. His leadership has helped elevate the competitive standard of ALC soccer in the MidEast Region. In recognition of his impact, Lander currently serves as the MidEast Regional Chair, playing an active role in shaping regional soccer development and postseason honors.

A proud Alice Lloyd College alumnus, Lander earned his B. A in Sports and Fitness and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Coaching & Fitness Leadership. He resides in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, with his wife Emily and their child, Crew. His passion for the game and dedication to student-athletes have made him a valued member of the Caney Creek community.
